Phase 3of China World Trade Center, is a multifunctional modern and smart building, which has the function of super five-star hotel, top-grade office building, boutique mall, cinema, banquet hall, and underground parking. It covers 297738m2, and is composed of principal tower, banquet hall and plaza. The principal tower is 330m high, and there four ground floors, 74 floors on the ground. It would be the highest building in Beijing. CNEEC is in charge of the supervision services.
This project is the highest building that CNEEC has ever contracted. This project helps to accumulate the high building supervision achievements, developing high building supervision business.
This project has been awarded with the following prizes: China Luban Prize for Construction Engineering, China Zhantianyou Prize for Civil Engineering, Gold Prize of China Construction Steel Structure, U.S. LEED Prequalification, Gold Level Certification and Beijing Great Wall Gold Award for Project Completion.
